Limited Warranty
Kodak home and office inkjet products are warranted against defects in materials, workmanship or packaging for one year from date of purchase. Paper Trade Network's sole obligation in the event of such defects is to provide a compatible replacement pack of Kodak inkjet media. Except for such replacement, this product is sold without warranty, condition or other liability even though defect, damage or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. In no event shall Paper Trade Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.
